In such cases, Palamu Tours will try to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible, but no refund or compensation will be applicable for unavoidable disruptions.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and the policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, or other travel partners. Refund processing time may vary depending on the cancellation source and payment method used.

Palamu Tours acts only as a travel organizer and service coordinator. We are not directly responsible for any delay, accident, injury, loss, theft, natural disaster, or additional expenses caused during the journey by third-party service providers or unavoidable situations.

Customers are expected to maintain proper behavior during the tour. Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by the traveler will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
