Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Palamu Tours, we always try to provide the best travel experience and transparent service to our customers. This Refund Policy explains the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and payment processing for bookings made through our website or office.

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the cancellation policies of the respective service providers involved in your booking. These service providers may include hotels, airlines, railways, cab operators, transport companies, local tour operators, and other travel partners. Different providers may have different cancellation rules, charges, and refund timelines.

In case of cancellation by the customer, applicable cancellation charges, permit charges, hotel retention charges, transportation charges, or any non-refundable expenses deducted by the service provider will be applicable. The remaining eligible refund amount, if any, will be processed accordingly.

Certain bookings, promotional offers, peak season reservations, permit charges, and last-minute bookings may be partially refundable or completely non-refundable depending on the policies of the respective travel partners.

Refund processing time may vary based on the payment method used during booking. Payments made through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, or any online Payment Gateway are subject to the processing timelines and policies of the respective payment gateway provider and banking institutions. Palamu Tours does not have direct control over banking delays or payment gateway settlement timelines.

In some cases, even after approval of the refund from our side, the amount may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s bank account depending on the payment gateway, bank processing system, or card provider.

For offline payments made through bank transfer or cash deposit, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through bank transfer only after proper verification.

No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, no-show situations, voluntarily terminated trips, or disruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, road blockages, government restrictions, political disturbances, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.

Palamu Tours reserves the right to review and process refunds on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the policies of the respective service providers and applicable travel conditions.
